PLACING AN ORDER is simple. Just enter complete and accurate information, following the instructions for each field. Every courier service, national or international, has its limitations, so accurate information is essential.
LABELING AND PICKUP - After placing the order, you will receive a transport label via email (two labels for international shipments - one national and one international). Attach these labels to your envelope or package. A courier will come to the indicated address for pickup without any further action required.
PAYMENT - After placing the order, you will be directed to the payment page. You can enter your company name and tax code if you want the shipment to be made on behalf of your company. At the end of the order, you will receive an invoice attached to the order confirmation email. Payment options include credit card, PayPal, Revolut, or Stripe.
If you have any hesitations, you can email us your details and pay by bank transfer upon receiving the transport documents. We do not offer cash on delivery or payment upon pickup.
ORDER TRACKING - After placing the order, you will receive a transport label via email (two labels for international shipments). Using the AWB number on these labels, you can track your shipment from the moment it is picked up by entering the number here: https://app.tceholding.ro

Usual questions about sending by courier in Romania or Abroad
How do I place a courier order in the application? It's extremely easy to place an order! CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO SEND: Depending on what you need to send, whether it's an envelope, package, or pallet, and also depending on where you need to send it (within Romania, Europe, or anywhere else in the world). SELECT THE DESIRED SERVICE, then fill in all the relevant fields for the order (address, phone number, weight, etc.). ATTENTION... Depending on how accurate the information provided is, the delivery will be made. After entering the information, you will be prompted for payment (credit card or PayPal). MAKE THE PAYMENT, and you can obtain your invoice by providing the necessary information for your company. That's it! A courier will arrive at your door soon!
How can I modify an order? Orders that have already been registered cannot be modified, as they are recorded directly in the systems of the partner courier companies. If you have made a mistake when filling out the order details, you can request its cancellation through the support service or by phone at ops@tceholding.ro or 0728 818 790.
When will I receive the refund? The refund for your package is transferred to your bank account within 24 hours from the actual receipt of the refund in our bank account.
How can I cancel an order? Orders that have already been registered can be canceled at no cost until they are physically taken over by the courier company. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been picked up by the courier, please contact us in writing via email or phone with the order number or other identifying information.
I placed order. I need to call the courier? Once your order has been placed and you have received the shipping labels, the courier is automatically notified of the sender's address and contact details. All you need to do is properly prepare the package and wait to be contacted by the courier to collect your package.
International Package Delivery - Details You can send packages to Romania, Europe, and anywhere abroad; it's important to choose the correct destination from the list. NATIONAL ENVELOPE/PARCEL for shipments within Romania. EUROPEAN ENVELOPE/PARCEL PALLET for shipments anywhere in Europe. WORLDWIDE ENVELOPE/PARCEL for shipments outside the European Union. How do I check where my shipment is? You will receive both national and international labels from our operator. These labels, specifically the order number, can be continuously monitored on the company's website, where you placed the order, by accessing the "track and trace" box.
