After placing the order, you will receive the shipping label by email (two labels if we are talking about an international shipment). When will I receive the refund? The refund for your package is transferred to your bank account within 24 hours from the actual receipt of the refund in our bank account.
How can I cancel an order? Orders that have already been registered can be canceled at no cost until they are physically taken over by the courier company. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been picked up by the courier, please contact us in writing via email or phone with the order number or other identifying information.
I placed order. I need to call the courier? Once your order has been placed and you have received the shipping labels, the courier is automatically notified of the sender's address and contact details. All you need to do is properly prepare the package and wait to be contacted by the courier to collect your package.
