ONLINE COURIER SERVICE PAYMENT
After placing the order, you will be directed to the payment page. You will also be able to enter the COMPANY NAME and its FISCAL CODE if you want your shipment to be made by the company. Anyway, upon completion of the order, you will receive the tax invoice attached to the order email.

LABELING AND ORDER DELIVERY
after placing the order, you will receive by email the transport label (two labels in the case of international shipments - the national one and the international one) that must be applied to your envelope or package. Without any other action, a courier will show up at the address indicated in the order to pick it up

ONLINE ORDER TRACKING
After placing the order, you will receive the shipping label by email (two labels if we are talking about an international shipment). Using the awb number on these labels, you can permanently track your shipment, from the moment it is picked up, by entering the number on the label here https://app.tceholding.ro

How do I place a courier order in the application? It's extremely easy to place an order! How can I modify an order? Orders that have already been registered cannot be modified, as they are recorded directly in the systems of the partner courier companies. When will I receive the refund? The refund for your package is transferred to your bank account within 24 hours from the actual receipt of the refund in our bank account.
How can I cancel an order? Orders that have already been registered can be canceled at no cost until they are physically taken over by the courier company. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been picked up by the courier, please contact us in writing via email or phone with the order number or other identifying information.
I placed order. I need to call the courier? Once your order has been placed and you have received the shipping labels, the courier is automatically notified of the sender's address and contact details. All you need to do is properly prepare the package and wait to be contacted by the courier to collect your package.
